The day will consist of a fluid progression from stillness into motion, starting with a guided meditation followed by a deep exploration of yogic, breath, and movement practices. Healthy snacks will be provided.
During the blooming spring we tend to awaken to nature and reflect on where we are in the present and where we're going. Meditation in Motion aids to shift the doubts, confusion, and contradictions of life into nourishing information for your physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. We invite you to come as you are, all movement levels are welcome! As an individual and as a group let us dive into tranquility, sharpening our minds, and awakening sensitivity.
