Be Witnessed - Holiday Edition

What is a Be Witnessed call?

To witness someone is to set aside your own thoughts, feelings and agendas, and be fully present with them exactly as they are. To be witnessed is to be heard and seen without judgment or advice. When we give or receive this gift, we cannot help but be moved by the experience.

These are interesting times and we want to give people an opportunity to Be Witnessed, to be heard and to have a safe outlet to share the things that are working and not working.

Here is what you can expect if you choose to join us: 

- We will create a safe space by going over the agreements of the call 

- We will share our intention for the call and go over what the call is and is not

- There will then be an opportunity for people to share their Onix and/or their Bloom.

What does that mean?  Onix may represent the things you are struggling with or feelings of frustration, anger, sadness, grief, or disappointment.  Bloom represents what is working or beginning to unfold. It could represent a win or feelings of happiness, excitement, joy or peace.

No criticism. Yes, acknowledgement. No judgment. Yes, listening.  No praise. Yes, support.  No hate. Yes, love.

We hope this will give people freedom from the things that are weighing on them and acknowledgement of the things that are working.
